Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the USA. If you'd like your order to arrive sooner, Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive in different packages at different times. This is normal — if one item arrives before another, the rest of your order is still on its way.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Blixfur is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before it ships.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with our shipping partner right away.

At this time, Blixfur ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
